About United Humans

A lot of organizations exist to advocate for specific political, legal, economic and/or social causes.

The founders of United Humans decided to take a more holistic approach to systemic change, because we want to help bring about in a fair and sustainable future for everyone.

So instead of looking at individual issues and proposing fixes, the United Humans approach—which we call Optimalism—is to collectively imagine the most ideal human society possible and then determine the necessary steps to transition to such a society from where we are. We’re designing this alternative civilization from a completely clean slate, with love and equality as the starting point, with optimal fairness as the goal and with scientific rigor applied to all decision-making.

The more people and the more diverse the people are who contribute to this effort, the more successful we believe it will be.
